My Favorite Deployment Quotes

We’re jumping right into this one today because deployments are tough and sometimes we all need a little support & reminder to pause & reflect. I’ve put together a list of my favorite deployment quotes below.

Here are some of my favorite deployment quotes:

Some people look up to their heroes. I’m in love with mine.

Wake up. Get dressed. Deep breath. You’re one day closer.

Love is like a light, even the tiniest bit gets you through the darkness.

You are my love, my protector, my hero, and no matter the distance, I will always wait for you.

A deployment has just one redeeming quality, it allows you to experience your first kiss for the second time.

You made it after all. You made it another day. And you can make it one more. You’re doing just fine. – Charlotte Eriksson

Deployment is hard but darling you are strong.

Together forever, never apart. Maybe in distance, but never at heart.

You are my favorite hello and hardest goodbye.

You’re worth every mile between us.

Distance means so little when you love someone so much.

A soldier doesn’t fight because he hates what is in front of him. He fights because he loves what he left behind.

You were given this life because you are strong enough to live it.

Love doesn’t make the world go round. Love is what makes the ride worthwhile. — Franklin P. Jones

How lucky I am having something that makes saying goodbye so hard. – Winnie the Pooh

Love is the greatest gift when given. It is the highest honor when received. — Fawn Weaver

Our love is greater than any deployment.

Couples that are ‘meant to be’ are the ones who go through everything that is meant to tear them apart and come out even stronger than they were before.

True love doesn’t mean being inseparable; it means being separated and nothing changes.

Life takes you unexpected places. Love brings you home.

Long distance relationships are hard, but they’re also incredible. If you can love, trust, respect, and support each other from a distance, you’ll be unstoppable once you’re physically together.

Distance is temporary but our love is permanent.

No matter how painful distance can be, not having you in my life would be worse.

It’s true, we don’t have it as easy as ordinary couples but this is no ordinary love.

I hate everything about deployment but I so whole-heartedly love every single thing about you.

Years from now, our past will be a story – a story of long days and lonely nights, hard work and lack of sleep. We’ll live each day having intimately known the pain of being apart. We’ll appreciate and embrace our time together, knowing how lucky we are to have made it through and we’ll find solace in the promise of a future together.
